These galleries span more than two decades

of yoga photography and performance art stills. My portfolio is divided into "Asana" and "Platform" images. Photos of students and colleagues I have coached in my annual workshop, Photo Yoga Shop, are broken down by year.

Photography captures a point on the continuum, a moment that may or may not be repeated. In stillness, an attitude, age, or ability can be seen that might otherwise go by unrecognized. I strive to integrate who I am with the pose or character so the archetype—in its beauty or oddity—maybe seen first, and only later the identity of the performer.
